Tuesday: 8:00am - 1:00pm / 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am - 12:00pm / 1:00pm - 6:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 12:00pm

NO SHOW/ CANCELLATION POLICY
Recently we have had a large increase in patients not showing up for appointments or cancelling appointments with less than 24 hours notice.
We fully understand that things come up last minute. However, not calling or notifying us leaves not only our practitioner waiting, but also does not allow us enough time to notify other patients that could use that time.
Going forward we will be reinforcing a stricter no show and cancellation policy.
1st time: no charge (people make mistakes, we get that)
2nd time: 50% fee of your service
3rd time and going forward: 100% fee of your service

Please give us a heads up (call, DM, email us) or cancel up to the 24 hour mark on our booking software.
